Introduction

Ingredients

    8 tbsp Honey
    0.50 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins)
    4 serving Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp.
    16 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter (Dry Roasted Ground Peanuts)
    8 tbsp 365 Psyllium Husk (2 tablespoons)
    2 cup Quaker Oatmeal-- Old Fashioned Quaker Oats

Directions

Cook peanut butter and honey until they mix easily. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Spray an 11"x 7" pan with Pam.
Pat cookie dough into pan. Refrigerate until eaten, covered.
