Ingredients

    2 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions, raw
    3 tsp Amore Garlic Paste (by KOTWBB)
    750 gram(s) Tesco Beef lean steak mince (raw) (by FLORSHA)
    3 tbsp Rapeseed Oil (by DIMINA)
    4 tsp mixed dry herb (by SHELLSTEWART)
    3 tbsp Curry powder
    2 tbsp light soy sauce (by LYNNYA1)
    2 serving Dark Soy Sauce (by LJDOYLE1)
    2 tsp Lea & Perrins Worcester Sauce (by ELEGIACSTANZAS)
    2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    0.67 cup Peas, Birdseye Frozen Select Sweet Garden Peas
    100 gram(s) Green Giant Sweetcorn (by CHAMELEONFAERIE)
    250 gram(s) Tesco Italian Passata with Basil (by BIG_SCOTS_LASS)
    750 grams Mashed Potatoes

Directions

Make mashed potato's.
Heat the oil, add the onions and fry until light brown.
Add the garlic paste, mixed herbs and curry powder.
Add the mince and cook until fully cooked through.
Now add the soy sauces, balsamic vinegar and Worcester sauce.
Now turn the heat to low and add the peas and sweetcorn, then the passata.
Simmer for approx 10 mins stirring occasionally.

Using a large oven proof dish, add the mince mixture and top with the mashed potato.

Place in the oven at about 180 degrees C for approx 20 mins until thoroughly cooked and the potato is browned.
