Ingredients

    453.5 gram(s) Chicken - Extra Lean Ground chicken
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .75 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned
    0.75 cup Sauce, Bertolli Tomato and Basil Spaghetti Sauce

Tips

Can add salt or other seasonings to taste.


Directions

Mix all ingredients, except sauce. Shape into balls and place into greased muffin pan. Bake at 375 about 20 minutes until brown. Can take out, add spaghetti sauce and place under broiler until bubbly. Can also add cheese, optional.
