Ingredients

    1 box 4 servings Kraft Jell-o Brand Sugar Free Low Calorie Gelatin Dessert (Jello)
    2 cups Great Value Whipped Topping (Cool Whip)
    8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese
    1/2 cup boiling water

Directions

Blend whipped topping with cream cheese (softened)
Add jello to boiling water. Let cool to room temperature. Fold in jello to mixture. Pour into pie plate and chill til set. Approximately 2 hours. Cut into 8 pie slices and garnish with fruit, cool whip etc.

  • I used to make this all the time until I looked at the ingredients in the gelatin. Be careful with sugar free jello. It contains maltodextrin which will raise your blood glucose. Not good for keto long term. - 8/6/20
