Ingredients

    2 Cups Oat Bran
    1.5 cup Milk, nonfat
    2 Egg Whites
    I Cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1/2 Cup Molasses
    1 1/2 Cup Chopped Fresh Apples
    1/4 Cup Slivered Almonds
    1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Directions

-Soak Oat Bran in milk for 5 minutes
-Add remaining ingredients
-Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes
