Ingredients

    48.0 oz Pork Ribs, country style
    2.5 cup Dole Pineapple Tidbits 100% Pineapple Juice
    2.0 cup Tomato Sauce
    0.5 cup, sliced Onions, raw
    0.5 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    0.5 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    0.25 cup Cider Vinegar
    0.25 cup Tomato Paste
    6.0 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    1.0 clove Garlic
    1.0 tsp Salt
    0.5 tsp Pepper, black

Directions

Place ribs in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Cook on low 8-10 hours. Serve over rice.
