Ingredients

    1 cup Oatmeal - Trader Joe's Quick Cook Steel Cut Oats
    1 tbsp chia seeds
    .5 serving Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp.
    3 serving Butter-Pumpkin Trader Joes 1-Tbsp

Tips

In the last minute, when you add the pumpkin butter, you can also add any additional spices of your choice.


Directions

Bring 3 cups of water to a boil. Add dry ingredients. Slow boil and stir according to package directions on the oatmeal container (5-8 min). Stir in pumpkin butter for the last minute.
Divide into 5 portions. Extra portions can be stored in the refrigerator and reheated for a few days.

Serving Size: Approximately 1/2 cup after cooking
