Ingredients

    one pound (approximately) of stew beef or other inexpensive beef, cut into bite size pieces,
    two tablespoons of soy sauce - I use a light variety with no ill effect to the taste

Directions

Marinate the steak tips in the soy sauce for a few minutes, add meat with juices to a non-stick fry pan. On medium high heat, stir-fry the meat, turning and mixing until the liquid has mostly evaporated, coating the meat with a carmelized sauce. Match with rice or other appropriate side dish.
