Ingredients

    256 gram(s) King Arthur 100% Whole Grain Whole Wheat Flour (by DANEMORGAN)
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    .25 tsp Salt
    1 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
    6 tbsp Honey
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Light grease 9"x 5" loaf pan. 3. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. 4. In a separate bowl, mix together applesauce and honey. 5. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended. 6. Stir banana mixture into flour mixture, stir just to moisten. 7. Pour batter into prepared pan. 8. Bake for 75 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean. 8. Let cool in pan for 10 minutest, then turn out onto a wire rack.
