Ingredients

    Granulated Sugar, 1cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Great Value Cream Cheese, 8 oz
    Great Value Fat Free Cream Cheese, 12 oz
    Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat, 1.5 cup (not packed)
    Milk 1%, .5 cup

Directions

Line a 3 - 6 cavity muffin tin with cup cake liners. Cream together the cream cheese, cocoa, cottage cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Fill cupcake liners 3/4 of the way up. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 15 minutes or until set.
