Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    .5 cup oatmeal
    .75 cup dry stuffing mix
    2 eggs
    1 cup onion, chopped
    .5 pkg taco seasoning mix
    4 oz black olives, sliced
    .5 cup fresh mushrooms, chopped

Directions

Combine ingredients. Place one twelth of the mixture in each of the 12 muffin tin cups. Bake at 375 for 35 - 40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serve warm.
