Ingredients

1/2 lb extra lean ground turkey
2 tbsp minced onion
2 minced garlic cloves
1 egg white
1 tbsp ground flax
1 tbsp wheat germ
1/2 cup bran flakes
1/4 cup milk
2 tsp low sodium poultry stock
1/4 tsp ground pepper
crushed chilies (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F
Soak bran flakes in milk for 5 minutes.
Mix all other ingredients, including bran flakes. Add crushed chilies if desired.
Roll into 24 meat balls. Bake for 10 minutes, turn and bake for another 10 minutes.
Makes 6 servings of 4 meatballs.
