I make this regularly. For either the buttermilk, yogurt or mayo, I will often swap cottage cheese or sour cream depending on what I have on hand. This is also delicious with avocado added, although it does up the calories - 4/11/18

    Incredible!
I made this last night and my husband and I absolutely loved it. I chose to roast my garlic and used about 5 small-medium sized cloves. We love garlic and that still didn't seem to be quite enough. I also added a small avocado rather than using mayo to be on the healthier side and used greek yogurt. - 8/15/13

this sounds good! i roast 2 heads of garlic pretty much every week when i'm doing my weekly salad fixings, dry beans, grains, boiling eggs, beets, etc for the week.
anyway i bet the roasted garlic would really bump up the flavor in this. yum!
