Ingredients

    1/2 cup Fat Free Sour Cream
    16 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 small package frozen spinach
    2 cans green chille peppers
    1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 cup 2% milk cheddar cheese
    1 bunch of raw broccoli

Directions

Boil chicken breast until done. Chop into bite size pieces. Sautee onion in pan until tender. Add chilles, soup, sour cream, thawed spinach and chicken to pan. Mix and sautee briefly. Steam or boil broccoli until barely tender. Arrange in bottom of 9x9 dish. Add mixture and top with cheese. Bake until cheese is melted. Cut into 6 pieces.
