Ingredients

    1 large can pumkin
    1 8 oz whipped topping
    1 small sugar free,fat free vanilla or cheesecake pudding.
    pumpkin pie spices to taste
    (cinnamon, ginger, allspice, nutmeg)

Directions

mix all ingredients together and let chill for about 1-2 hours. Use reduced fat vanilla wafers, ginger snaps or graham crackers.
