Ingredients

    1 cup sugar
    1 cup margarine
    4 eggs
    1 cup sour cream
    1/2 cup lemon juice
    2 tbsp lemon zest
    2 tsp vanilla
    4 cups flour
    1 tbsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 1/2 cups dried cranberries

    Lemon Glaze:
    1 cup icing sugar
    1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F.
Bake loaves for 65-70 minutes,
Drizzle glaze over cooled loaves and keep uncovered at room temperature for at least an hour or until set.

Yield: 2 loaves
or 6 mini loaves
