    20 oz. Broccoli
    4 c. Chicken
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup Milk, nonfat
    4 oz grated cheese


cook broccoli for 3 to 4 minutes, then cool in cold watr. Cook chicken and cut in pieces. Mix mushroom soup wih milk. Layer chicken and broccoli in greased 2.5 quart casserole. Pour soup milk mix over;sprinkle grated cheese over top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

    This is awesome. We made it with pasta and mixed the 4 oz of cheese with the soup and then added a little extra cheese on top. My husband nearly finished off the whole thing! Quick and easy to make too! - 8/10/09
