Ingredients

    1 onion, chopped
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 20oz package Jennie O Lean Ground turkey
    1 tbsp chili powder
    1 tbsp cumin
    1 14.5oz can diced tomatoes
    1 16oz can navy beans
    1 bell pepper, diced
    3/4 cup salsa

Directions

Cook onion & garlic in oil for 5 minutes

Cruble turkey into sauce pan. Sprinkle with chili powder and cumin. Cook until turkey is brown.

Add tomatoes, beans, bell peppers and salsa. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    I'm making this tomorrow. Instead of canned beans using them the old fashioned way. They are overnight soaking right now. I think this recipe is so simple Im looking forward to dinner :) - 8/11/08
