Ingredients

    3 cups self-rising bleached flour
    2/3 c white sugar
    1 can/bottle beer (12 oz) (Amber beers work best)

    Mix ingredients together. Pour into well greased/floured loaf pan. Bake at 400 degrees F for 40 minutes.
