    Kashi Go Lean High Protein & high Fiber Cereal 2cups
    2 apples Medium Corred(one green one red)
    Cinnamon 1thsp
    Equal pakets 2

Directions

Core and Chop apples in to cubes
Toss w/ Cinnamon & Equal
Mix in Kashi
Microwave for 3-6 minutes in covered dish
longer cooking will make the Kashi softer
