Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Four peppers (two red and two of your choice)
    One medium red onion
    2 large chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
    4 cloves of garlic
    One jar of Newman's Own Sockarooni Sauce
    10 oz of Barilla Plus Pasta (a little more than half of the box)
    Salt to taste

Directions

Grill chicken breasts on gas or charcoal grill. Cut into pieces and set aside. Saute garlic, onions, peppers, and chicken pieces in a nonstick pan on medium high until heated through.

Add cooked pasta and Sockarooni Sauce, stirring and heating through. Toss and serve!

Makes 6 servings.
