Introduction

This recipe can be made with less fat so you might want to add the mayo last so it is as wet or dry as you personally prefer. I usually eat this with reduced fat Triscuit crackers. Ingredients

    4 Tbsp. lite mayo
    1 tea. dijon mustard
    1/4 tea. lemon juice
    1 tea. Splenda (opt.)
    1 tea. dill relish
    1/4 tea. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped sweet onion
    1/2 stalk of celery diced
    1/2 cup chopped, seeded cucumber
    6 oz. can of tuna in water, drained
    1 hard-boiled egg chopped

Directions

This recipe serves 2.
Combine mayo, mustard, lemon juice and sweetener. Stir in dill relish, celery seed, onion, celery and cucumber until well combined.
Stir in chopped egg and well drained tuna.
