Introduction

Some yummy and easy to make muffins. You wont be able to stop eating them. Some yummy and easy to make muffins. You wont be able to stop eating them.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients


    250 g self raising (self rising) flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    50 g oatbran
    50 g chocolate drops
    2 medium size eggs
    2 bananas, mashed
    2/3 cup (150 ml) 1/4 pt semi skimmed milk
    3/4 stick (6 Tbsp) 75 g butter, melted

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) Gas Mark 6. Lightly oil 10-12 muffin tins, or use muffin cases.

2. Sieve the flour and baking powder together then add the oatbran and chocolate drops, mix to combine.

3. In a separate bowl mix together the eggs, bananas, milk and melted butter then pour onto the dry ingredients and stir together.

4. Spoon the mixture into the muffin tins or cases and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

5. Serve while still warm.
