Ingredients

    1 package lean ground turkey breast
    1 can red beans
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 onion
    1 package taco or chili seasoning
    4tbsp parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Saute Onions, Brown Meat, add Taco Seasoning, Add beans and tomatoes and let simmer for 20 minutes.... add parm or cheddar and serve!
