Ingredients

    1 SMALL BOX OF STRAWBERRY JELLO MIX, SUGAR FREE

    4 CUPS FRESH STRAWBERRIES, SLICED

    2 CUPS OF WATER

    1 SMALL BOX VANILLA PUDDING MIX, SUGAR FREE, FAT FREE...IT MUST BE THE KIND YOU HAVE TO COOK(DO NOT USE INSTANT)

    1 PKG OF SPONGE CAKE DESSERT SHELLS FROM THE PRODUCE SECTION

Directions

PUT VANILLA PUDDING IN PAN WITH THE WATER AND COOK ON MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL IT STARTS TO GET THICK.......TURN HEAT OFF......ADD THE STRAWBERRY JELLO MIX AND STIR UNTIL MIXED........ARRANGE DESSERT SHELLS IN 13X9 PAN AND ADD THE FRESH STRAWBERRIES ON TOP OF THEM......DUMP THE PUDDING/JELLO MIXTURE OVER THE STRAWBERRIES EVENLY.....REFRIGERATE UNTIL IT IS SET......CUT AND ENJOY!

    This recipe looks good and may seem especially taste with diet crackers or cookies as a crust. I hope adding this type of crust is okay. - 4/12/09
