Introduction

Fish Taco, wheat tortilla, fish, special sauce. Fish Taco, wheat tortilla, fish, special sauce.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Tilapia Fish (or any fish) 8oz
    1/4 med Tomato
    Lettuce 1 leaf
    2 Mission Wheat Tortillas
    1 tbsp light Sour Cream
    1 tbsp light Mayo
    Lemon Pepper Seasoning
    1 clove Garlic
    1 dash black pepper
    Lime Juice 1oz

Directions

cut tomatoes into smaller pieces.
cut lettuce into smaller pieces.
Sauce: Chop Garlic into small pieces. Mix with sour cream, mayo, lime juice and pepper.
Season fish with Lemon Pepper, fry in pan with Pam. Once done the fish will fall apart.
On top of tortilla put a little sauce. Then add fish, lettuce and tomato. Wrap in foil to take on a picnic. Feel free to make any changes!

    I really liked this recipe! The fish was really good. Next time I probably won't add any mayo, it made the sauce taste more like mayo than anything else. - 6/28/08

    Very Good
    Pretty tasty and so easy to make. I did use carbmaster tortillas for the extra fiber, and I overdid the lemon pepper a bit. Thanks for a different healthy idea for dinner!! - 4/10/21
