Pretty tasty and so easy to make. I did use carbmaster tortillas for the extra fiber, and I overdid the lemon pepper a bit. Thanks for a different healthy idea for dinner!!
This was really good used tilapia and instead of sour cream i added a light low fat cheese spread and cut back on the mayo it was good.
