Ingredients

1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (not condensed)
1 can Cut Green Beans
1 T. Olive Oil
2 Cloves Garlic, chopped
1/2 c. White Onion, chopped
Splash of Dry White Wine (~3.5 oz.)
Dash of Salt (to taste)
Dash of Pepper (to taste)
1/2 lb. Chicken breast
2 slices Whole Wheat Bread
2 T. Unsalted Butter
1 T. Garlic Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 375.
Heat olive oil in a pan. Add garlic and onion. Cook until onion softens (Watch carefully so that you do not burn the garlic) Add wine, soup, and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 10 minutes.
While the sauce is simmering, cook chicken in a pan, using cooking spray, until cooked through. Chop into smaller than bite-sized pieces.
Pour heated sauce into an oven-safe casserole dish. Add chicken and green beans. Stir together. Cover with foil, and cook 25 minutes.
While the casserole is cooking, toast bread until firm, but not burnt. Butter both sides, and sprinkle with garlic salt. Cut into 1/4-1/2 inch pieces.
Remove casserole from the oven and remove foil. Sprinkle with toast pieces. Return to oven and cook uncovered for 5-8 minutes.
