Ingredients

3/4 cup margarine, softened
3/4 cup Splenda blend for baking (can 1 1/2 cups sugar)
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 medium eggs (or large)
2 cups of mashed ripe banana (about 4 large)
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups oatmeal, ground in blender to make flour
3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup of walnuts, chopped (optional)
Directions
1. Heat oven to 350 and coat insides of 4 small and 1 large loaf pans with nonstick cooking spray
2. Beat butter, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl with mixer on medium-high for 3 minutes until pale and fluffy. Add eggs 1 at a time beating after each until just blended. Beat in bananas. Reduce speed to low and gradually add flour and oatmeal flour, beating until just blended. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Divide evenly among prepared pans.
3. Bake for 45-55 minutes until a wooden pick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool completely in pans on a wire rack.
