Apple Crisp Cheese Ball Mix
8 oz. softened cream cheese
3 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup sugar
Nana's Apple Cake Mix®
2 cups chopped apples
2 eggs
1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Creamy Caramel Sauce- Not in calories counted
Directions
Combine Apple Crisp Cheese Ball Mix packet 1 and next 4 ingredients; blend until smooth. Refrigerate.
Prepare Nana’s Apple Cake Mix as directed on package with apples, eggs and walnuts; spread into greased 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
Spread cream cheese mixture over cake; bake an additional 15-20 minutes or until mixture is set and browns lightly on edges. Sprinkle Apple Crisp Cheese Ball Mix packet 2 over baked cheesecake layer. Cool completely; drizzle with Creamy Caramel Sauce. Keep refrigerated.
