Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 package of Jell-O Vanilla Fat Free Sugar Free Instant pudding
    1 Can (20oz) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
    1 cup thawed Cool Whip Free
    1 package angel food cake

Directions

MIX pudding mix with the pineapple/ Gently stir in Cool Whip.
Cut cake horizontally into 3 layers.
Place bottum ckae layer cut side up on serving plate. Spread 1/3 of pudding mixture and repeat with additional layers.
garnish with strawberries.
Refridgerate at least 1 hour before you serve.

    Hey, this is what I was lookin for. I wanted something with low fat, low sugar and low carbs. And since chaning my way of eating is also for my family I think this will be great.
