Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 pkg or 250g or 1/2lb Spaghetti or Linguine Noodles
    3Tbsp Sesame Seeds, toasted
    3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
    4 Cloves Garlic, thinly sliced
    1/2 tsp DARK Soy Sauce (not Japanese or Light Soy)
    3 Tbsp Honey
    1 tsp Dark (toasted) Sesame Oil
    1 1/2 tsp Orange Zest
    Green Onion , thinly sliced

Directions

Measure out noodles and break in half. Cook Noodles till Al dante, and drain well.
Put Vegetable Oil into a frying pan over Medium Low heat.
Add Thinly sliced Garlic and cook till softened, not browned. Add the Chili Flakes to the Garlic for the last 30 seconds to cook a bit.
Place the Chili and Garlic in a large bowl and add Orange Zest, Sesame Oil, Sesame Seeds, Soy sauce and Honey.
Add cooked and well drained Noodles to sauce ingredients and toss with tongs.
Refridgerate Noodle mixture and let sit for an hour or two to absorb the flavors.
Garnish with sliced Green onions.
