Ingredients

    broccoli, onion, potato, milk

Directions

Sautee onions with olive oil until soft, then add potato and coat. Add 8 cups hot water and 8 bouillon cubes. Once that has come to a boil add broccoli.
Cook until broccoli and potato are tender, then blend in blender.
Finish with milk and enjoy!

    How much broccoli, how much onions, are we using real potatoes or potato flakes, how much milk do we use. This is unreal. You have to be more specific. I got NOTHING from this recipe. - 7/20/11
