Ingredients

    meat from 1 pheasant
    2 1lb bags Italian style vegetables
    1 qt home frozen green beans
    1 cup chopped bell peppers
    1 TBS olive oil
    1 tsp salt
    pepper to taist

Directions

cook pheasant as you would chicken; cut up and set aside.

put olive oil in deep skillet, over med/high heat
add vegetables all at once, stirring
add salt and pepper (and any other seasonings you would like)
When veggies are tender-crisp, return meat to pan and heat through, stirring in.

serve over rice and top with soy sauce
