Number of Servings: 36

Ingredients

    1 stick Margarine
    1/2 cup Milk, nonfat
    2 1/2 cups Splenda
    4 Tbsp Peanut Butter, smooth style
    2 1/2 cups Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    3 Tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened

Directions

In a medium saucepan, combine splenda, milk, margarine, and cocoa. Bring to a boil, and cook for 1 1/2 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in peanut butter, oats, and vanilla. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper. Let cool until hardened.

    I made these in the microwave when I needed a chocolate fix. A little more peanutbutter-y and less chocolate-y than what I'm used to, but a lo-cal snack I don't have to feel guilty about! - 12/5/07

    i substituted 2 70% cocoa bars for the cocoa powder they turned out great - 7/2/07
