Ingredients

    Topping:
    -6 tablespoons whole wheat flour
    -3 tablespoons Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    -1 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
    -4 tablespoons all natural applesauce
    -1/3 cup oatmeal
    Batter:
    -1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
    -1/2 cup Splenda
    -1 1/4 baking powder
    -1 teaspoon cinnamon
    -1/4 teaspoon salt
    -1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    -1/2 cup water
    -3 tablespoons applesauce
    -1/2 cup egg whites
    -1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine Ingredients for topping and set aside.
Combine ingredients in large bowl for batter.
Spray a 8 1/2" or 9" with non-stick baking spray.
Layer batter in pan, then layer topping (can do multiple layers if you wish)
Bake 30-35 min for 8 1/2" pan, 25-30 min for 9" pan.

Serves approximately 8.
