Ingredients

    12 oz. ground turkey
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. sliced onions
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1 c. diced zucchini
    1 c. canned, Ready Cut tomatoes
    2 c. chicken stock
    1 1/3 c. (4 oz.) uncooked noodles
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    salt and pepper to taste
    parsley (to garnish)

Directions

In large non-stick skillet coated with non-stick cooking spray, saute turkey, garlic, onion and green pepper until turkey is no longer pink.

Add zucchini and saute 2 minutes.

Add tomatoes, stock, noodles and poultry seasoning.

Cover and simmer 10 to 12 minutes, or until noodles are cooked.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Garnish with parsley.

Makes 4 servings.
