Introduction
This is my favorite Charoset. I had found this recipe several years ago and I have made some changes to it over the years. I have never really measured anything. Ingredients

1 apple chopped
3 banana's mashed
1 orange slices and 1 tbs Grated orange rind
1 cup of rasins
.5 cup of sliverd almonds
1 tsp cinnamon
2 oz of sweet red wine
Matzo Meal (kosher for passover)
1Tbs Honey
Directions
Prepare all fruit and mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate after preperation at least 30. Taste better chilled.
