Ingredients

    1 1/2 cucumbers, peeled, quartered and sliced
    1/2 cup Wildwood Plain Soyogurt
    2 small cloves garlic, crushed
    salt to taste

Directions

Slice cukes into small pieces. Add crushed garlic. Sprinkle with sea salt and mix well. Add yogurt and mix well.
