Ingredients

    1/4c coconut butter
    2T coconut oil
    1 scoop Jarrow carribean chocolate protein powder
    1/4c ground chia seeds
    1T cocoa powder
    2 packets stevia, 6 packets splenda

Directions

blend everything together until well combined. press into a small rectangular container that has been lined with waxed paper. chill to harden. slice into bars and coat bars with reduced-fat unsweetened shredded coconut (adds about 15cal per bar)
