1 scoop vanilla whey powder / whey isolate
1 cup oatmeal
2/3 cup cottage cheese
3/4 cup egg whites
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking soda
Cinnamon, to taste
2. Pour batter into a greased pan. Flip once bubbles start appearing through batter (approx 2 minutes).
Serving Size: Makes 8 pancakes
