Egg Nog Shake

Introduction

Thick, rich, cold eggnog. Who knew how good for your own homemade could be? Thick, rich, cold eggnog. Who knew how good for your own homemade could be?
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    4 fresh, raw yard hen eggs
    1/2 cup whole fresh farm milk from pastured cows
    1 tsp pure vanilla extract (no corn syrup added)
    2 scoops KAL Pure Stevia Extract or equivalent sweetener
    1/2 cup ice
    1/8 tsp freshly ground nutmeg

Tips

If adding ice seems to thin out the eggnog too much, omit this step.


Directions

Blend first four ingredients and add ice,blending until completely crushed. Pour into a glass.
Grate the nutmeg lightly over the top and serve.
