Ingredients

    1/2 C. Oatmeal (regular or instant)
    1/2 C. Fiber One Cereal
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. pumpkin-pie spice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 C. fat free cottage cheese
    1 tblsp. Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 C. Egg Beaters
    1/2 C. pure pumpkin, canned

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Cook in heated waffle iron lightly coated with Butter Flavored PAM.
