Introduction

The serving size is 2 pancakes. The recipe should make about 16 medium sized pancakes. I made acouple of small changes by swapping th egg for egg whites and adding a little agave for sweetness. 1 1/4 c milk
    2 egg whites.
1 T canola or grapeseed oil
    1 c whole wheat flour

I process my oats into a flour, but you can use whole oat flakes as well. Combine oats and milk and let soak for 5 minutes. Add the rest and stir to form batter. Cook in hot pan with cooking spray.

    Incredible!
These tasted great and quite easy. I've made clean pancakes before but haven't found a recipe I would make over and over again. Soaking the oats is the key. The recipe can be changed to suit your needs which is awsome. - 11/6/11

Excellent. I added 2 individual packets of truvia, cinamon, ground flax seed and a little salt. Served with spreadable fruit. Can't wait to have it again. - 3/4/10
