Ingredients

2 (3 oz) Pkg chicken flavored ramen noodle soup mix, uncooked
1/3 cup canola oil
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 (16 oz.. refrigerataed broccoli slaw or coleslaw (found near the bagged lettuce)
6 green onions thily sliced, includding tops (about 1 cup)
1 cup cashews, chopped
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
Directions
1. Combine seasoning packets from ramen noodle packages, sugar, oil, vinegar and water in large bowl: stir until sugar dissolves. Add slaw and green onions. Crumble ramen noodles and add to slaw mixture: toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
2. Stir in cashews and sunflower seeds just prior to serving.
Makes 6 - 8 servings.
If you like the noodles crunchy, mix slaw, onions and dressing and put in refrig for 15 - 20 minutes. Then add crumbled noodles, nuts and seeds just before serving. Try it both ways to see which you like best
If you are alergic to nuts, omit cashews and add dried cranberries instead.
