IntroductionLightly sweetened with Honey Lightly sweetened with Honey
2.5 C fresh sliced Strawberries
1.5 C fresh sliced Rhubarb
1 1/3 C raw honey
1 Package of Freezer Jam Pectin or regular pectin
Makes 5 - 8 oz Freezer Jam containers
Clean and slice all fruit. Combine fruit and honey and mash fruit as it cooks. Add pectin and follow directions on package.
Including sealing jar instructions if you choose to not use freezer jam.
