Ingredients

* 1 tsp. olive oil
* 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
* 5-6 green onions chopped
* 1 tsp. minced garlic
* 1 tsp. minced ginger
* Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade, 4 tbsp
* Hometown Firm Tofu, 18 oz
* Broccoli, fresh, 4 cup, chopped
* Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices (optional)
* 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes, or to taste
Directions
Place a nonstick wok or skillet over high heat until it's hot enough for a spritz of water to sizzle on it. With an oven mitt, briefly remove pan from heat and lightly mist with cooking spray. Heat for 3 seconds.
Add the tofu, green onions, garlic, ginger, olive oil and sesame oil. Cook, stirring often, for 3 minutes. Add the broccoli and mushrooms (mushrooms are optional). Cook, stirring frequently, for about 12 minutes, or until the tofu is browned on all sides.
Stir in teriyaki sauce. Season with pepper flakes. Cook for 30-60 seconds, or until the sauce thickens slightly. Spoon on to serving plates, serve immediately.
