These grilled veggies go great with grilled chicken or turkey breasts and/or brown rice.

Slice all ingrediants, except the Roma tomatoes.
Toss all remaining ingrediants in a large bowl.

Grill on mediam heat in a large grill wok.

You can add other vegatables of your choice. Hard vegatables should be started 10-15 minutes before putting the remaining vegatables in the wok.
