Found this online a few years ago. Good stuff.

1 8oz package cream cheese
2 c. sharp cheddar (grated)
2 c. cooked shrimp, chopped
½ c. onion (grated)
cayenne pepper to taste
garlic salt to taste
mayonnaise to spread easily

Stir all ingredients together. Refrigerate overnight.
