Shrimp and pepper fajitas
combine soy sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, 1/3 c water, and chipotle pepper for marinade. marinade the peppers and onion in one zip-loc bag and the shrimp in another bag. saute the onions and peppers in a cast iron skillet on high heat until tender, remove. next, saute the shrimp in the skillet until cooked through. serve with whole wheat tortillas.
